Medicaid must be the Payer of last resort. That means Medicaid must always be the last one to pay.
If the date of your accident or injury occurred before September 1, 2017, please contact OPL toll free at 1.800.827.8276, Monday 鈥� Friday 8:30 a.m. 鈥� 5:00 p.m. CST or on the聽Other Party Liability聽(OPL) Web site.
If the date of your accident or injury occurred after September 1, 2017, please contact the Texas Health and Human Services Commission at 1.800.252.8263.
