Get the training you need to build a healthy, happy life

Thank you for your interest in the CareerReady Scholarship program.

You are eligible for the CareerReady Scholarship if:

  • You are an 18-30 year old pregnant woman on 羞羞视频鈥檚 Medicaid plan
  • You delivered this year, or your expected delivery date is next year
  • You live in the jurisdiction of Houston 羞羞视频 College, San Jacinto College, or Lone Star College
  • You have a high school diploma or GED

Please fill out the form below or download the CareerReady Application for Scholarship and email it to LifeServices@羞羞视频HealthChoice.org.

Once you submit an application, you will hear by email from the Life Services Team within three business days on next steps. To learn more about CareerReady, click on the Contact form and leave us a message.
